The Point at Chesterman was built during a time of easy living and surfing at Tofino during the 1970's. While things have changed from those days: there's a paved road the entire way, superb eateries and pubs serving Vancouver Island brews, and spas: some things haven't: surfers cruising on down to the beach, comradery in the water and a casual friendliness wherever you go. Tofino Waves
We are steps from Chesterman Beach: with its North and South sections responding to different winds you'll find good surf there most days. Want to check out Cox Bay - no problem, it's just next door to Chesterman and a short bike ride or drive away. So get ready to surf, body board, skim board or just hang and watch the beautiful waves!
Tofino Adventures
And if you're out to enjoy the other adventures Tofino has to offer The Point at Chesterman is close to neighbourhood shops (galleries, yoga, locally made chocolate and ice cream) and village activities (whale watching, kayaking, galleries, restaurants, book stores...). The Pacific Rim National Park and its interpretive centre, beaches and hiking trails are about a 10 minutes drive. No matter what's going on in Tofino, you're close to it at The Point at Chesterman.
